Membership Application and Bylaws

To join the EMV Migration Forum, review the Forum bylaws, complete the membership application, and send it to Randy Vanderhoof, rvanderhoof@smartcardalliance.org or fax it to the EMV Migration Forum at 609-587-4248.

EMV Migration Forum membership runs for 12 months, beginning with the first day of the month that the application is received.  Membership expires one year after the start date. Organizations who are current members of the Smart Card Alliance will receive a 20% discount off the annual EMV Migration Forum membership fee.  Members may upgrade to a higher membership level at any time during the membership year.

The EMV Migration Forum does not lobby and no allocation of dues is necessary for tax purposes.
